It is much more easier to upload a image or video on flickr than a blog. There is a option for managing the photo include adding it to a set, posting it to a blog, cropping or editing it, viewing or downloading and much more. Flickr users store and share digital photos. Blogger allows people to post the comments to your blogger at any time on the current photos.
